A Whimsy Pimm's Cup

Tis the season for all the fruity dranks, y'all (aka all seasons)! It's no secret that we love a good homemade cocktail, rather it be made by us or craftily shaken by a bartender, we're all for a nice refresher! And if you've been following our blog for a while, you may remember when Jenna surprised me with her homemade bar cart a couple of Christmases ago! Well, she put a bottle of Pimm's liquor on that bar cart, and true story, we didn't open that bottle until this past summer and now we're Pimm's cup craaaaazy!

So, we decided to put our own little Whimsy twist on this classic cocktail!

We kept some of the traditional ingredients--the strawberries, the oranges, and duh, the Pimm's. But we decided to make it more fruity and sweet, so we nixed the mint and the cucumber.

What You'll Need:

  • 1 cup of Pimm's Liquor
  • 2 cups of Sparkling Lemonade
  • 1/2 orange sliced
  • At least 6 fresh strawberries, slightly muddled and then cut into chunks
  • 1 pineapple, cored and cut into chunks

And then you basically pour all the ingredients into a pitcher, stir, let it chill or pour it over ice, and choose your fruit to garnish with, and done-zo. Pop on your shades and pretend it's warm outside...at least that's what we do. ;)

Happy cocktail crafting, babes!
